Vegas Open Dance Challenge
The Vegas Open Dance Challenge (formerly the Vegas Showdown) is the newest ballroom competition in Las Vegas. Starting out as a smaller event the competition has grown in popularity each year although it is still not as large as either the Nevada Star Ball or the Holiday Dance Classic. The competition had often been held at the Riviera Hotel and Casino, the LVH – Las Vegas Hotel & Casino (formerly the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel), but is now hosted at the Luxor Hotel & Casino.
